meetXcc relies on and inherits the language settings from Google Meet. So navigating to Google Meet’s settings page and changing the locale there will also update the language used in meetXcc.

Sorry about the confusion. Since meetXcc does not have its own independent settings, updating the locale and language in Google Meet is the way to go to change it for meetXcc as well.
