This policy explains how MeetXCC handles information through https://meetxcc.com and its related application and API domains.
Information we process
We process account profile and sign-in data; meeting audio and metadata; transcripts, speaker labels, summaries, highlights, prompts, AI chats, shared resources, and user corrections; connected-service authorizations; subscription status; support communications; and technical logs. Payment processors handle card details. A meeting organizer or another user may provide your voice or statements to the Service; that user is responsible for required notice and consent.
Uses and disclosures
We use information to authenticate users, transcribe and organize meetings, generate requested summaries and AI outputs, sync or share content as directed, maintain plan status, secure and troubleshoot the Service, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. Data is disclosed only as needed to Google sign-in and Drive, meeting integrations, OpenAI and other AI providers used to fulfill requests, Stripe, MongoDB, Cloudflare, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, email providers, or valid legal process.
Retention and security
Meeting data is retained while the account owner keeps it or as needed to provide requested history and sharing features. Account, transaction, and security records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary. We use encrypted transport and access controls, but no system is completely secure. External copies directed to a user's own storage or shared with others are controlled by those recipients.
Your choices
Account owners may review and delete meetings, disconnect integrations, and manage plan settings where available. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, contact hi@10xboost.org. We may verify identity. Providers may process information internationally under applicable safeguards. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date.
