These Terms govern your use of MeetXCC at https://meetxcc.com and its related application and API domains (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.
Service and accounts
MeetXCC records or imports meeting audio, creates transcripts and summaries, identifies speakers, and provides AI-assisted meeting workflows. You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and shared links, obtain all notices and consents required to record or process a meeting, and upload only content you are authorized to use. You are responsible for reviewing transcripts, summaries, and other outputs before relying on them.
Plans and billing
Current plan features and billing intervals appear at /plans. Paid plans renew until canceled. Stripe handles web payments, and platform-specific payment terms may apply. You may manage or cancel an existing plan from account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where law requires or purchase terms state otherwise.
Content, data, and acceptable use
You retain ownership of meeting content and grant us a limited license to host, transcribe, analyze, reproduce, and transmit it only to provide and secure the Service. The Service processes profile and account data, meeting audio, transcripts, speaker labels, summaries, prompts, AI chats, shared resources, integration authorizations, billing status, and operational logs. You must not record people unlawfully; process content without authority; infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights; upload malware; bypass limits or security; or use outputs for unlawful discrimination, surveillance, or harm.
Third-party services
MeetXCC may use Google sign-in and Drive, meeting-platform integrations, OpenAI and other AI providers, Stripe, MongoDB, Cloudflare, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, and email services. Their own terms govern those services. We do not control their availability or decisions.
Ownership, termination, disclaimers, and liability
We own the Service, excluding your content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use it as intended. We may suspend access for a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, third-party harm, or Service discontinuation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without a promise that transcripts or AI outputs are complete or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
